Background:

Holy Trinity School is located at the heart of a picturesque village surrounded by beautiful countryside and takes its children from a wide rural area. The school was originally founded in 1506 and existed on its original site next to Holy Trinity Church until it re-located in September 1991 to its present site. The school building is extremely attractive, being situated in six and a half acres of land owned by the Church. There are 11 classrooms, an impressive computer suite, a music room. a large newly refurbished library, a large assembly hall, administration area and numerous small rooms for group work and individual lessons. The school has a large playing field, three playgrounds and an extensive wild area including stream and a coppice. The children have access to competitive sports at a range of clubs including: gymnastics, netball, cross-country, football, rounders and stoolball and cricket. This school shares its events and projects with local residents, community groups and the church. The school aims to serve its community by providing an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice.
