Background:
Although Imberhorne can trace its history book nearly three centuries, it is very much a school for the future. It is a specialist language college. There are extra opportunities for language learning and international links. Under the banner of ImberExtra, the school organises a wide range of extra-curricular activities and trips/exchanges. The school received the Schools curriculum award for its distinctive and valuable contribution to the community. Imberhorne benefits from having two spacious sites. In recent years there have been considerable improvements to its sports facilities, a new sixth form block, an international business centre, new music suite, drama studio and refurbished science laboratories and information and communication technology facilities.
