It has a wide range of facilities including a new purpose-built music block with practice rooms and electronic music studio. It is also proud of its physical education facilities and achievements, and sporting strengths including basketball and rugby. There is a strong special educational needs department, continental work experience for sixth formers in France, Germany and Spain and generally sufficient places to satisfy applications.
